King Typing is operated by Juan Carlos Saldaña Herrero, an individual based in Spain. By creating an account or using King Typing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

King Typing is an online typing game. Players type real news articles to earn in-game resources — called ink — which they use to build a 3D village, recruit soldiers, and attack other players' bases. It also includes a typing practice and learning section (Typing Academy) and community features such as clans, a forum, and direct messaging.
You must be at least 13 years old to use King Typing.
If you are between 13 and 15 years old, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who has read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By checking the consent box during registration, you confirm that you are 16 or older, or that a parent or guardian has reviewed and approved your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account we reasonably believe belongs to a user under 13 without notice.

Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity. To report abusive behavior, email jcarlossaldae@gmail.com with the username and a description of the incident. We cannot guarantee a response time but will act on reports as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for user-generated content posted in chat. However, we reserve the right to remove any content and take action against any account at our discretion.
In-game items have no real-world monetary value. Ink, feathers, goose feathers, soldiers, buildings, and any other in-game assets are virtual items that exist only within King Typing. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money.
Real-money purchases (e.g. feather packs, subscriptions) are processed by Stripe. All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable consumer protection law. If you have a billing dispute, contact us at jcarlossaldae@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or remove in-game items and economy mechanics at any time without compensation.
All content, code, graphics, sound, and design elements of King Typing are owned by Juan Carlos Saldaña Herrero or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
News articles typed within the game are sourced from third-party RSS feeds. Their copyright remains with the original publishers.
King Typing is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved indefinitely. Use the service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Juan Carlos Saldaña Herrero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — King Typing, including but not limited to loss of in-game progress, data, or virtual items.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of King Typing after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance. We will endeavor to notify users of material changes by email where possible.
